Factory Tour – Inside Our Solar Module Production Lines
Factory Tour
See Where Your Solar Panels Are Actually Made
Real photos from the production lines and warehouses behind EverRay’s supply chain — from raw glass to sealed container. No stock imagery, no renders.
How We Choose the Factories Behind Your Order
EverRay is a focused PV and energy storage supplier, not a single-plant manufacturer. Every module, inverter and battery we ship comes from one of more than 20 partner factories in China that we have personally visited, audited and screened.
Because we are not tied to one plant, we match your order to the factory that best fits your budget, power bin and delivery date — and we stay accountable for what that factory delivers. These are the lines your product actually runs on.
Raw Material & Glass Handling
Front glass inspected and loaded under controlled handling — the first step of every module we supply.
Cell Cutting
Solar cells laser-cut to size with clean edges, keeping micro-crack risk low before stringing.
Component Screening
Junction boxes, cables and connectors are checked against spec before they enter the line.
Incoming Module Check
Back-sheet, frame and junction box alignment verified on incoming module stock.
High-Speed Stringing
Automated stringers solder cells into strings at consistent temperature and alignment.
Cell Layup
Strings laid onto the glass with encapsulant, positioned by machine to protect the cell gaps.
Back Glass
Back glass and encapsulant placed before the module moves into the laminator.
Assembly Control
Layup quality checked before lamination — misalignment here becomes a warranty claim later.
Lamination
Controlled temperature and vacuum on every module — the step that decides 25-year reliability.
Vacuum & Heat Cycle
Recipe-monitored laminating cycles with vacuum hold, so no bubbles or delamination get through.
Post-Lamination Handling
Modules cooled and handled on automated transfer, avoiding edge stress after cure.
Curing
Sealants fully cured before the module is allowed onto the test floor.
In-line EL Inspection
Electroluminescence imaging catches micro-cracks and inactive cells that the eye cannot see.
Flash Test
Every module flash-tested and its real output recorded — not a nameplate number.
Bin Sorting
Modules grouped by measured output, so a container matches what your design assumed.
Final Visual Inspection
Each panel checked by hand and eye before it leaves the production line.
Framing
Aluminium frames fitted and sealed with corner strength and load rating in mind.
Junction Box & Potting
Junction boxes potted and sealed to protect against moisture ingress in the field.
Surface Cleaning
Glass cleaned and dried so inspections and lamination bonding are not compromised.
Nameplate & Labeling
Rating labels applied and checked against the flash-test data for that exact module.
Warehouse & Staging
Modules held ready so a consolidated load is never held up by one slow item.
Order Consolidation
Multiple product lines collected in one place before the container is booked.
Container Prep
Container inspected and dry before loading — no surprises at destination.
Loading
Modules and pallets loaded and braced to survive a long sea leg.
Mixed Loading
Inverters, batteries and mounting loaded together to cut your freight cost.
Inland Transport
Sealed loads tracked from factory gate to port of departure.
Dispatch
Loaded, sealed and moving — documented at every handover point.
Export Ready
Full export documentation issued so your customs clearance is not delayed.
What Comes Out of These Lines
The result is a full range of N-type dual glass modules from 440W to 730W — TOPCon and HJT — tested and binned before they are packed. Frame, glass, cells and junction box all traceable to the line they came from.
If you want the specification sheets, certificates and test reports that go with them, ask us. We send the actual documents, not a brochure.
What Our Quality Control Actually Means
We do not own the plant, so we control the order instead. That means a pre-shipment inspection on every order, in-line EL and flash-test data held on file, and a named contact who answers when something is not right.
CE, IEC, UL and UL9540 certified product lines. If a factory cannot meet the specification you signed off, that factory does not ship your order.
Tell Us About Your Project
Send your target power, quantity and destination port — we will come back within 24 hours with a matched proposal, factory option and freight estimate.
