These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of everraysolar.com (the “Website”), operated by Hefei Henghui New Energy Co., Ltd, trading as EverRay Solar (“EverRay Solar”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about solar modules, hybrid inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, home and commercial energy storage systems, solar pump systems, solar lighting, PV cleaning equipment and EV chargers, together with related sourcing and technical support services. It is intended for business-to-business use.

3. Product Information, Specifications and Quotations

All product descriptions, specifications, images, performance data and reference prices on the Website are provided for general information only.

• Product specifications, configurations, certifications and available models may change without notice as our partner factories update their ranges.
• Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we issue a written sales confirmation, proforma invoice or order confirmation that you accept.
• Final specifications, certifications, packaging, warranty terms and delivery schedules are confirmed in the individual sales contract or proforma invoice for each order.
• Photographs, illustrations and renderings are indicative. Actual products may differ in minor respects.
• Reference prices do not include duties, taxes, port charges or other local costs unless expressly stated.

4. Sourcing and Supply Model

EverRay Solar is a one-stop sourcing and solution provider. We supply products manufactured by our vetted partner factories. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed on the Website. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the relevant manufacturer and are passed on to you in accordance with the terms of your sales contract.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or systematically extract content from the Website without our prior written consent.
• Use automated tools to harvest contact details or other data from the Website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems.
