2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Enquiry and quotation forms: first name, last name, business email address, company name, country, phone or WhatsApp number, product of interest, and the content of your message.
• Catalogue and document requests: name, business email address, company name and country.
• Correspondence: information you send us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn messages, including project details, delivery port, quantities and technical requirements.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and language.
• Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and other aggregated website usage data.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookie and similar technology identifiers (see Section 7).

2.3 Information received from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form attached to one of our LinkedIn advertisements, LinkedIn shares with us the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form you complete, this may include:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name and job title
• Company size, industry and country or region
• Your answers to any custom qualifying questions we include on the form (for example, the products you are sourcing or your target market)

LinkedIn also processes this information as part of operating its own platform. Information collected through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is transferred to us by LinkedIn and used only for the purposes described in Section 3. 2.4 Information from advertising platforms

When you interact with our advertisements on LinkedIn, Meta, Google or other platforms, we may receive campaign performance data such as impressions, clicks and aggregate conversion statistics. Where you have given consent, we may also receive identifiers that allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show our advertising to relevant business audiences.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and to send the quotation, catalogue, technical documentation or product information you requested.
• To provide commercial and technical support before and during a project.

• Website analytics: as configured in our analytics platform, with a maximum retention of 26 months.
• Advertising measurement data: as retained by the relevant advertising platform under its own policies.

Requests are free of charge, although we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you submitted your details through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form and wish to access, correct or delete the information we received from it, you may use the same contact address above; you can also manage or withdraw your consent through your LinkedIn account settings.

10. How to Withdraw Consent or Unsubscribe

You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you.
• Emailing info@everraysolar.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
• Replying STOP to a WhatsApp message from us.

We action unsubscribe requests within 30 days and keep only a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not affect our ability to respond to an enquiry you have made or to fulfil a contract with you.

We protect your information using HTTPS encryption, access controls, restricted staff access, strong password policies, regular software updates, security plugins and spam and fraud protection.
