Solar Battery Supplier in the Philippines: Wholesale Price List, MOQ and Delivery

EverRay supplies solar modules, hybrid inverters, LiFePO4 batteries and complete energy storage systems to Philippine distributors, installers and EPC contractors — with tiered wholesale pricing, MOQ from one pallet or one unit, 1–2 week lead time and DDP delivery to Manila, Cebu and Davao. We have already delivered a 100 kW / 385 kWh commercial storage system in the Philippines, and island-grid references across Southeast Asia from Indonesia to the Maldives.

Quick facts for Philippine buyers

  • MOQ 1 pallet / 1 unit
  • 1–2 weeks lead time
  • DDP Manila, Cebu, Davao

This page is built for Philippine buyers: what the local market demands from equipment, what our price list covers, how landed cost to Manila works, and how distributors and EPCs cooperate with us. Send us your list and we answer within 24 hours — in English, with numbers in writing.

What Philippine Buyers Need From a Solar Battery Supplier

The Philippine market punishes generic export stock. Three conditions shape what actually sells here:

  • Typhoon resilience. Modules need certified mechanical load ratings and mounting that survives Luzon and Visayas storm seasons; inverters and cabinets need real IP ratings, not brochure IP ratings. We specify per project and provide the test reports.
  • Grid instability and island operation. From Mindanao co-ops to resort islands in Palawan, hybrid capability is not optional. Our hybrid inverters (2–150 kW single and three phase) switch seamlessly between PV, battery and generator, and our cabinets integrate with existing gensets.
  • High delivered electricity cost. Philippine tariffs are among Southeast Asia’s highest, which is exactly why net-metered rooftop solar and peak-demand reduction pay back fast — and why buyers compare supplier price lists line by line before committing.

Solar Battery Price List for the Philippines — What It Contains

We issue a Philippines-specific price list on request, and it is a working document, not a teaser:

  • Per-model pricing across all eight lines: modules 440–735 W, hybrid inverters 2–150 kW, LiFePO4 batteries 12.8–76.8 V, home ESS 3–60 kWh, C&I cabinets 64–500 kWh, pumps, lighting and cleaning equipment
  • Volume tier ladders — consolidated orders across product lines count toward the same tier
  • DDP landed-cost lines for Manila and Cebu: CIF value, duties, VAT and clearing, so you see the peso cost per unit, not just the FOB number
  • Validity periods and container-mix suggestions for quarterly stocking

Request it via the form below or WhatsApp +86 183-5694-3951 — the list comes with datasheets and certificates per model (CE, IEC, UL, UL9540), so your engineers can verify before your finance team commits.

What the Philippine market numbers say — and what wholesale buyers make on them

The Philippines became China’s single largest solar module export market in 2026: module exports more than doubled year-on-year in the first five months, March alone surged 262%, and Filipino buyers had spent over $500 million on Chinese panels by mid-year (Trade Data Monitor data cited across the trade press). Ember projects rooftop solar-plus-storage could reach 3,500 MW of solar and 4,500 MWh of storage within 24 months. For a distributor the question is no longer whether demand exists — it is what the margin looks like between an FOB quote and the Manila shelf price.

Indicative market ranges for your business plan (market references, not an EverRay quotation — ask us for the live list):

  • 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 packs: $105–145 FOB
  • 300–314Ah packs: $95–130 per kWh
  • Home ESS with hybrid inverter (3–60 kWh): $150–230 per kWh
  • C&I cabinets (64–500 kWh): $110–160 per kWh; containerized systems $90–140

Two more numbers that close the deal for you. First, the Manila sea route runs 5–12 days — among the shortest from China — though lithium moves as Class 9 dangerous goods, so UN38.3 test summaries and MSDS ride with every EverRay consignment. Second, industry analyses put Philippine rooftop payback at roughly 3.1 years for homes and 2.3 years for commercial sites, which is the line that sells your customer. Combine that with our MOQ from 1 pallet / 1 unit and 1–2 week production, and your first stocking order stays small, fast and defensible. Payment: 30% deposit and 70% balance against pre-shipment inspection and shipping documents, wired to the corporate account of Hefei Henghui New Energy Co., Ltd; L/C at sight on project orders. Incoterms EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — for Manila and Cebu we usually quote DDP so your landed cost is fixed before you commit. Export documents, MSDS and UN38.3 for lithium batteries are issued per shipment. The full reasoning is in our guide to FOB vs CIF vs DDP for solar buyers.

Who We Supply in the Philippines

  • Distributors and wholesalers stocking modules, inverters and batteries for the installer trade — tier pricing, certificates per model and co-branded materials. Full program: solar distributor program
  • EPC contractors bidding commercial and government projects — system design, compliance matrices, tender-grade quotations and country-specific certificates on request
  • Installers and developers of resort, factory and cold-storage projects — load-profile-based sizing with DOD and efficiency losses included

A Philippine cold-storage peak-shaving example — the demand-charge math, sized for a Visayas or Mindanao tariff structure — is worked through in our guide to peak shaving with battery storage.

Import Paperwork: Duty, VAT and the BPS Certification Window

Price per kWh is only half of landed cost. The other half is duty, VAT, clearance and — from 2027 — mandatory product certification. Most Philippine buyers meet the last item after the container is already on the water.

Twelve percent VAT applies to the landed value on ordinary commercial imports. DOE-registered renewable energy projects can claim VAT-zero treatment on RE equipment — that is a registration question for your project entity, not something a supplier can give you. A Bureau of Customs advance ruling locks classification for five years and costs little against the risk: misclassification is one of the most common post-clearance audit triggers, and the assessment can arrive three years after release. Duty and VAT are both inside our DDP quotes, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

PS, ICC and SOC are three different pieces of paper

DTI-BPS notified the WTO in May 2026 (G/TBT/N/PHL/368) of a technical regulation that brings six product families — modules, inverters, battery storage systems, rapid-shutdown devices, charge controllers and PV cable — under mandatory certification. As drafted, manufacturers receive a one-year transition after effectivity. Three routes exist, and they are not interchangeable:

  • PS licence — held by the manufacturer, valid three years, with annual factory and product surveillance. An overseas manufacturer can be tied to one Philippine importer only; a second importer needs a separate arrangement.
  • ICC — held by the importer, issued per shipment and per bill of lading, with sample testing per batch. This is the workable route while volumes are still being proven.
  • SOC — a declaration that a shipment originates from a PS-licensed manufacturer, used once the PS licence exists.

Read the first bullet twice if you distribute. Under the regulation as drafted, the first Philippine importer to complete PS with a given manufacturer holds that brand access to the market. Everyone who waits until the transition closes queues behind whoever moved first — and behind the accredited testing labs, which do not add capacity when a deadline arrives.

What ships in the document pack

  • IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 test reports per module model, with datasheets
  • IEC 62109-1 and -2 reports for each inverter platform, plus the grid-code settings sheet for your destination
  • IEC 62619 and IEC 63056 reports per battery model, UN38.3 test summary and MSDS per shipment
  • Certificate of Origin Form E, so ACFTA treatment is claimed at entry instead of argued after
  • Packing list with a model-to-AHTN mapping your broker can file against without guessing

We will not hand you a CE certificate and call it BPS compliance — CE and IEC reports are supporting documents, not the licence. What we do supply is the model-level test evidence BPS asks for, before you file, and a written statement of what we hold and what we do not.

Timing, honestly

The draft was notified in May 2026 and consultation closed in July 2026; adoption and effectivity dates were still pending at the time of writing. Confirm the current status with BPS or your broker before you budget for it. Sea freight from Shanghai or Ningbo to Manila runs 10 to 15 days, Cebu a few days longer, and ICC sample testing sits on top of that if your line is already in scope. Sequencing the paperwork before the vessel books is worth more than any discount on the freight.

How You Verify Us — Without Taking Our Word for It

EverRay runs an integrated manufacturing and trading model: our own engineering, pre-shipment QC and consolidation, with production across more than 20 audited partner plants. Verification is built in: third-party audit reports shared with plant codes, SGS / Bureau Veritas / TÜV inspection of your specific order with factory access arranged directly, or an in-person visit under mutual NDA. Our guide to auditing a solar factory in 20 questions is the script we suggest you run against us.

Solar Battery Supplier Philippines — FAQ

What is the minimum order for the Philippine market?

One pallet of modules, one unit of inverters or batteries, one set for home or commercial storage systems. A mixed trial container — for example 10 pallets of modules plus 20 inverters plus 30 batteries — is a common first order and ships in 1–2 weeks.

Can you quote DDP to Manila or Cebu?

Yes. We quote DDP landed cost including duties and VAT for Manila, Cebu and Davao, so your cost per unit is fixed before the order. FOB and CIF are equally available if you prefer to clear customs yourself.

Do you have a project reference in the Philippines?

Yes — a 100 kW / 385 kWh commercial storage system delivered and commissioned in 2025–2026, plus island microgrid references in Indonesia and the Maldives. Commissioning reports and client contacts are available on request.

Which products sell best to Philippine distributors?

5–12 kW single-phase hybrid inverters, 48V/51.2V 100–200 Ah wall batteries for residential NEM work, and 440–550 W modules for rooftop installs. Commercial buyers move to 30–150 kW three-phase hybrids and 100–261 kWh cabinets.

How do I get the price list?

Fill in the form below or message WhatsApp +86 183-5694-3951. Tell us your customer type (installers, retail, projects) and rough annual volume — we return the tiered price list with certificates within 48 hours.

Who manufactures the equipment?

EverRay is built on an integrated manufacturing and trading model with production across more than 20 audited partner plants. You can verify independently: audit reports with plant codes, third-party inspection of your order, or a factory visit under mutual NDA.

Do you already hold BPS PS certification for the Philippines?

Not yet, and any supplier who says otherwise before the regulation takes effect is guessing. PS is granted to a manufacturer–importer pair, so it gets filed with the Philippine importer who commits to the brand. Until that filing exists we ship under ICC with the full model-level test pack, and we will file PS with the first Philippine distributor who wants the licence in their own name.

What will my shipment actually pay at the port?

Modules enter under AHTN 8541.43.00 at 0% MFN, and 0% under ACFTA with a Form E certificate of origin. Inverters and batteries sit on low MFN lines — confirm your exact code, ideally with an advance ruling. Twelve percent VAT applies to the landed value on ordinary commercial imports; DOE-registered RE projects can qualify for VAT-zero, which is your registration to manage. Our DDP quotes carry both duty and VAT.
