LiFePO4 Batteries

LiFePO4 solar battery series 12.8V 25.6V 51.2V 100Ah 200Ah 300Ah wall mounted and portable

LiFePO4 Solar Batteries from China — 12.8V to 76.8V, 100Ah to 628Ah Deep Cycle

EverRay supplies deep cycle LiFePO4 solar batteries in four platforms — 12.8V, 25.6V and 51.2V low-voltage units, which the market commonly calls 12V, 24V and 48V lithium batteries, plus 76.8V / 314Ah high-voltage modules for C&I cabinets. Capacities run from 100Ah and 200Ah wall mount units up to 300Ah, 314Ah, 346Ah and 628Ah high-capacity models. With smart BMS protection and a 6000+ cycle design life, they are the safe, long-lasting core of a modern solar battery bank — wall-mounted for home energy storage, portable for RV, marine and mobile use.

Why LiFePO4 Beats Lead-Acid

  • 4× longer service life — 6000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge vs ~500 cycles for lead-acid
  • Half the weight — about 50–70% lighter for the same usable energy
  • More usable capacity — discharge down to 80–90% safely, versus 50% for lead-acid
  • Built-in smart BMS — cell balancing, over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit and temperature protection
  • No maintenance — no watering, no equalization charging, minimal self-discharge
  • Safe chemistry — LiFePO4 is thermally stable and non-flammable under abuse conditions

12V, 24V or 48V — Choosing the Right Voltage

Voltage is set by the inverter or the load, not by preference. Higher voltage means lower current for the same power, which means thinner cables, less heat and a cheaper installation.

VoltageTypical systemWhy choose it
12.8VRV, boat, small off-grid, 12V inverterDirect drop-in for 12V systems, easiest to source locally
25.6V24V inverters, medium off-gridHalves the current against a 12V bank
51.2V48V hybrid inverters, rack storageStandard for residential ESS and telecom sites
76.8VC&I cabinet modules, HV racks24.12 kWh per 314Ah module — fewer parallel strings per cabinet

All platforms use the same LiFePO4 chemistry and BMS architecture, so a distributor can serve 12V, 24V and 48V markets without carrying three separate technologies. For current wholesale bands by platform, our solar battery wholesale price guide prices bare cells, rack packs and complete systems separately.

How Many Ah Do You Actually Need?

Battery capacity is quoted in amp-hours, but what you buy is watt-hours. Multiply amp-hours by nominal voltage to get stored energy, then apply the depth of discharge.

A 100Ah 12.8V battery stores 1.28kWh. Our LiFePO4 modules are rated for more than 90% usable depth, so that is roughly 1.15kWh of real energy. To size a bank, divide your nightly consumption by that figure: a household using 5kWh per night needs about five 100Ah 12.8V batteries, or two 100Ah 51.2V rack modules.

LiFePO4, Lead-Acid or Gel — Cost per Cycle

The purchase price of a lead-acid battery is lower. The cost per delivered kilowatt-hour is not.

ChemistryUsable depthCycle lifeReal cost per kWh delivered
Lead-acidAbout 50%300-500 cyclesHighest — the bank is replaced every 1-2 years
Gel / AGMAbout 50-60%500-800 cyclesHigh — better cycle life, same depth limit
LiFePO490% and above6,000+ cyclesLowest — typically 5-10x the service life

That is why LiFePO4 has become the default for solar storage: the same nameplate rating delivers roughly twice the usable energy and many times the cycle count.

Batteries combine with our hybrid inverters and home energy storage systems, and the transport paperwork is covered in our certification guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which capacity should I choose — 100Ah, 200Ah or larger?

Size on daily energy use. A 51.2V 100Ah battery stores about 5.12 kWh — enough for an evening of lights, a fridge, fans and a TV. The 200Ah model doubles that to 10.24 kWh for homes with air conditioning or larger families. For shops and small industrial loads, the movable 300Ah–628Ah series delivers 15–32 kWh per unit and can be paralleled. Send us your daily consumption and we will size the bank for you.

Do you have 48V batteries for hybrid inverters?

Yes — the 51.2V platform is what the industry calls a 48V class lithium battery, and it communicates with all major hybrid inverter brands via RS485/CAN protocols. The 12.8V and 25.6V platforms likewise serve 12V and 24V systems.

How long do LiFePO4 batteries last?

Our batteries are designed for 6000+ charge/discharge cycles at 80% depth of discharge — typically 10+ years of daily solar cycling, several times the life of lead-acid alternatives.

Can I connect batteries in series or parallel?

Yes, within the limits stated in each model’s manual. For larger banks we recommend our 51.2V stackable series with parallel support — contact us for bank sizing.

Do you provide shipping documents for lithium batteries?

Yes. UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and packing documentation are provided with every battery shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is flexible for new partners; sample orders are welcome for evaluation before bulk purchase.

Should I choose 12V, 24V or 48V LiFePO4 batteries?

Match the battery to your inverter’s DC input. Use 12.8V for 12V systems and small off-grid loads, 25.6V for 24V inverters, and 51.2V for 48V hybrid inverters and residential rack storage. Higher voltage cuts the current, so cables, fuses and heat are all reduced.

How many batteries do I need for a 5kW inverter?

Size the bank from nightly consumption rather than inverter power. A 5kWh nightly load needs roughly 5kWh of usable storage, about five 100Ah 12.8V batteries or two 100Ah 51.2V rack modules. Send us the load profile and we will specify the exact configuration.

How long do LiFePO4 batteries last?

Our modules are rated for more than 6,000 cycles at the stated depth of discharge — typically 10-15 years in daily-cycle solar service, against 1-2 years for a lead-acid bank under the same duty. Cycle-life test data is supplied with the datasheet.
